Our Story
CivilSmart Engineering has served Florida property owners, builders, and contractors for more than 20 years. Founded in 2004, the firm was built on a straightforward premise: Florida’s unique drainage challenges — flat terrain, high water tables, intense seasonal rainfall, and a complex regulatory landscape — require engineers who specialize in drainage, not generalists who treat it as an afterthought.
Today, CivilSmart provides three core engineering services: residential drainage design, commercial stormwater management, and permit coordination and management.
